The Education Venues form allows admin users to manage the list of venues used for educational activities. Use this form to add, edit, or remove education venue records, ensuring all relevant details are up to date for planning and event management.
Purpose
This form is designed for admin users to:
- Add new education venues
- Edit existing education venue details
- Remove education venues when necessary
- View Education Venues: The form displays a list of current education venues, including their names, locations, and notes.
- Add Education Venue:
- Click the Add Education Venue button.
- Fill in the required fields (see below).
- Click Save to add the new venue.
- Edit Education Venue:
- Select a venue from the list.
- Update its details as needed.
- Click Save to apply changes.
- Remove Education Venue:
- Select the venue to remove.
- Click the Delete or Remove button.
- Confirm the action when prompted.
Key Fields
- Venue Name: The official name of the education venue (required).
- Display Name: Alternative display name (if different from venue name).
- Address: Street address.
- City: City where the venue is located (required).
- Postcode: Postal code.
- Country: Country (dropdown, required).
- Notes: General notes about the venue.
- Hide City on Website: Checkbox to hide the city from public display.
