Mobi is the Philharmonia Orchestra’s bespoke management system, designed to streamline the administration and operations of the orchestra. It serves as a central hub for managing all aspects of orchestra life, from personnel records to concert schedules and repertoire management. It provides a suite of tools for managing people, performances, venues, schedules, and more. The system is for orchestra administrators, personnel managers, and other staff to efficiently coordinate all aspects of day-to-day orchestra management.

Key Features

  • People Management: Maintain detailed records for administrators, players, conductors, soloists, composers, artist agents, crew, workshop leaders, education and venue contacts, and users. Each form is tailored to the specific needs of each role, supporting everything from contact details to permissions and biographies.
  • Scheduling & Repertoire: Organize performances, rehearsals, and events, and manage repertoire and personnel assignments.
  • Venue & Contact Management: Track venue details and maintain up-to-date contact information for all associated personnel and organizations.
  • User Access & Permissions: Control access to sensitive data and administrative functions through a robust user and permissions system.
